Chestermere Public Library materials can be accessed online through TRACpac, the online catalogue for Alberta's regional library systems. With your library card, you can place holds on material or renew them from home or at the Library.

If the Chestermere Public Library does not own a copy of the item or it is checked out, click on the Place Request button. At this screen, you will be asked to enter your library barcode and pin if you are not already logged in. Enter the barcode number from your library card and your pin (usually the last 4 digits of your telephone number).
Click Login and the system will confirm your request.
Click Submit Request.
Click on Return to search results. If you are finished using TRACpac, click on Log Out.
When your hold arrives at the Chestermere Public Library, you will be contacted by phone, email or text (contact the library to change your notification option). You then have ten days to pick up the hold. If you do not want the title, please call us at 403-272-9025 so we can send the item on to another customer or back to its home location.
