Welcome to the Chestermere Public Library's Fall 2021 Programs.
This Fall our programs are split into two sessions, and feature a wide range of new and exciting programs for all ages.
Session 1 is September 13th- October 24th.
Session 2 is November 8- December 18th.

This program is in partnership with Chestermere PCSS (Parent and Caregiver Support Services) on Mondays at 10:15 am and is designed for babies 0-18 months. Registration is required.
No need to register for this Story Time designed to entertain the whole family. Everyone is welcome in the Children's area at 10:15 am on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Registration is required for this Story Time for toddlers every Friday at 10:15 am. This program is in partnership with Trellis.

Join us for this special Story Time at 6:00 pm on Tuesdays and then take a turn reading to one of the Community Therapy Dogs.

We will be holding a special Science Program from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm on Saturday, September 25, 2021. This is a drop-by program to be held outside the Library. Experiments include: slime; sugar science; lava lamps, and more. To see all updates, please click here.

Christopher Cool - Calgary’s Funniest & Most Kid Friendly Magician will be making a magical appearance at our library on Friday, November 5th at 3:30 p.m. Christopher’s highly interactive family friendly magic show will include amazing magic & lots of silly fun! You may even get to learn the secret to a magic trick! You won’t want to miss this show! Running Time: 45 minutes. To learn more about our program click here!

Join us for these workshops facilitated by a local artist. Darcy Russell has always had a passion for the arts and anything creative. Graduating from the Alberta University of the Arts in 2009 with a degree in Fine Art, Darcy went on to become an art program facilitator for several years. The Decoupage/Collage Family Workshop runs 10:00 am - 10:45 am for parent and child (8+) for six weeks.
