Join our mindful yoga series where we will explore yogic breath techniques, gentle movement, and guided relaxation. This class supports
increased connection between breath, mind, and body. It is a great midday reset for your nervous system.

This 45 minute class is suitable for adults and older adults of any experience level.
Suggested for each class: comfortable clothes, yoga mat, blocks, and a water bottle.
*Please let us know ahead of time if you require a mat.
